The ongoing pandemic has brought additional stress into the lives of many, especially students. Not knowing if the school will be in-person or virtual, fear of getting sick, and the challenges of wearing a mask have amplified the daily stress of our students. The stress toys, motion bubbler, and other items requested will help the counseling team in our efforts to teach students coping skills to manage anxiety, stress, and depression resulting from the COVID pandemic. When students struggle with anxiety, stress, and depression, they have a difficult time focusing on their academics. Teaching students coping skills will benefit them in their school career and beyond!

About my class
