The items listed will help all the students in my classroom, no matter what level of learning they are on, to continue to grow and make forward progress in their learning. I picked items that can help my highest students and also help my lowest students, along with reaching my middle group students. The items can assist in a variety of ways besides math and literacy such as build hand and finger strength, work on being able to manipulate shapes and pieces concretely and mentally, and begin to build deeper comprehension skills to assist as they move in to the higher grades.
