We do many hands-on projects that allow students to build and create. Kindergarteners are entering a new world of learning and anything they can do with their hands lends to the fun of learning. Project-based assignments are a great way to spark their curiosity and creativity. In our classroom, students strive to turn on their creativity to solve a problem using particular items that are supplied for that solution. If each student has their own cordless glue gun, they will be able to work more independently, no tripping over cords, no sharing glue-guns or germs, and allow their creativity to flow!
