My diligent students will now have music stands to help in their homes where much of their learning has shifted since the pandemic. This will help facilitate a healthier practice area and will help foster an environment of growth. My woodwind students will now have more durable and higher quality mouthpieces and ligatures providing them with the equipment they need to succeed not only as beginners but as developing musicians. For whatever reason, I have seen more smashed ligatures and chipped mouthpieces since the pandemic began. The more durable Rovner ligature will provide better sound as well as a much more durable product.
