Our school has an entire class and curriculum focused on social-emotional learning. We do many different hands-on activities. This includes using sticky notes in interactive notebooks, making posters, and coloring. The art supplies in my order will help this go more smoothly in our class. The effects that I have seen from this class have amazed me and I can't wait to get started using our new supplies. With the new books, they will have a more diverse variety to choose from and learn from. I can't wait to start encouraging them to read more and use the new materials. Reading is so important and something that my students don't do enough. I know that if they are more interested in the books they will read more. I am so thrilled to be able to encourage my students to excel in different areas. From reading, to writing, to art, to mindfulness, I hope to work with my students in all of these categories.
