The iPad and pen will allow me to share the individualized instruction I give to students with learning disabilities when we work one-on-one with the whole class. If one student asks a question, I can easily show it to everyone else and work with them all at the same time. The technology also allows me to record and upload lessons for students that are missing school due to quarantine or other matters. Not only do absent students benefit from these recordings, but their peers who might struggle to remember a concept from class have access to the instruction and can easily remind themselves how to complete their work.
