These new resources will help me to show my students that the way they are feeling is ok. We will continue to explore our emotions and write our own stories about how we are feeling. We will be able to write the stories, color, laminate and bind them for the students to take home and read to their families. Helping students learn how to express their emotions in a productive way, will improve their abilities to learn new academic skills in school. We will continue to practice our academic skill-building through the use of fun activities such as games. We will continue to build a community that works on expressing their emotions appropriately and can help others with their own stories.
