Helping students to identify what emotions look like and learning how to express their feelings is essential for effective learning. When students are trying to complete tasks that are difficult for them, because of their disabilities, they can get discouraged and their confidence decreases. Knowing how to help these students demonstrate their understanding using hands-on, tactile resources is essential in building their confidence. Students who feel successful, valued, and listened to will love coming to school, and they will love learning. These resources will allow me to provide these opportunities for my students.

About my class
