My classroom is full of students ready to learn and get caught up from all of the time out of the classroom due to COVID-19. These students are lower than any students I have taught before and are missing essential skills from previous grades needed to succeed in 6th grade. These skills are ones they will need the rest of their lives. My students will get to learn and review in fun and interactive ways through reading comprehension kits and various reading comprehension resources, games, and activities, math folder games, and vocabulary practice. These resources will be used in whole group, small group, and independent learning settings. By funding this project, you will help these students to be ready for Junior High and all of the other opportunities they will have in their lives.
