I teach history and reading as a blended humanities class. I would love to have more books to complement the period of time that we are studying about. For instance, we combined the Renaissance with reading A Midsummer Night's Dream. To have class novel sets that discuss Russia, or China, the Civil War or the Native Americans would be wonderful! It helps understanding of those time frames greatly. I am looking for Historical Fiction novels to help with language and understanding the time frames that I am covering in my humanities class.
