We only have a small section in our school library right now that is dedicated to bilingual books of various different levels. This makes it difficult for ESL students to choose a book when they are here. We want to give ALL of our students the chance to love reading, no matter what language they may speak or understand. If we were to receive these books, our ESL students who are learning English would still be able to develop their own language in reading, which has been shown to also improve their learning in English as well.

About my class
