Many of my students are lacking the fine motor skills needed at their age. These manipulatives and classroom resources will go a long way in helping to build their fine motor skills while also learning the necessary topics in Kindergarten. Hands-on is the best way for students to learn. These whiteboards and magnetic letters are allowing them to have to pick up and move the letters while still learning about the sounds in words. These other manipulatives will provide my students with the ability to be inquisitive with their learning as well as practice their fine motor skills. They will be used for discovery-based learning, play-based learning, and structured learning as they can build towers and different shapes with the builder pieces as well as see how their ideas can become real creations. They will help these different types of learning become fun and tactile!
