In my classroom, I seek to create a student-centered learning environment. The students are engaged in their projects using the technology in our classroom. However, with all those students working, they get excited; their iPads get a little loud, and they struggle to hear or complete their creations. As a teacher, I try to keep the noise to a minimum so they all can work and focus. 28 7-8-year-old rambunctious excited students packed into a classroom can get a little loud. I have had headphone sets donated and have purchased plenty with my own money, but they often break or are uncomfortable for the students. I am seeking headphones that will not break upon first use and are student-friendly. We are constantly pivoting to home learning, and the students will be able to use these a home and help block out the virtual feedback that comes from home learning. These headphones will help the students focus and keep learning in uncertain times!
