Learning mindfulness can help students learn to cope with the worries of growing into a teenager. I want all of my students to build resilience by learning how to take care of their minds. I want my students to develop mindfulness skills, so that when they feel like the stress is too much, they can just breathe. Learning to take a moment and just be in the present can build up reserves that can help my students battle the bombardments they face. These are essential skills in social and emotional wellbeing.

About my class
