Often times, I am meeting with teachers to review data, plan a lesson, look at student work, etc. The result of the meeting is next steps. I am not always be able to see the next steps we land on in action. Recording devices will help ensure that teachers are getting the support and development they need to be the best educators for our students. As one person, I am not able to always catch the great moments that teachers are having with students. Recording teachers will also help me grow professionally as a coach because I will be able to increase the amount of support that I am giving teachers. I will be able to be more intentional about conversations that I am having with teachers and in turn, they will become better educators for our student body.

About my class
