The sewing/embroidery machines are needed to provide instruction on how to sew and embroider. Students will taught to read patterns and upload designs to create basic products such as pillows and monograms. Using sewing and embroidery as well as the other materials, such as the New brothread Tear Away Machine Embroidery Stabilize and the New Brothread 40 Brother Colors Polyester Embroidery Machine Thread Kit will facilitate student connections with real-world opportunities. They will be able to utilize their creative abilities in the main goal of Reconnecting Students to producing handmade crafts. In order to keep the sewing/embroidery machines safe, we will store them in the Fedmax Metal Garage Storage Cabinet metal garage storage cabinet along with the thread and other accessories. My goal is to get every student a sewing/embroidery machine to use for the lessons. They will be taught valuable skills while creating individual works of creativity. Students will be taught how to turn their creations into a career. Their designs will be displayed in a culminating student showcase night. Lastly, the sewing lessons will strengthen social/emotional ties.
