Some of my advanced culinary classes experiment with cooking different foods. These pieces of kitchen equipment will give them some new experiences that they might not get in their homes. Specialized kitchen equipment can be expensive and helping provide my classroom with these items, will help my students have a better culinary experience. Many students don't have much cooking experience and I like to provide as many different experiences as I can. I would be grateful for this assistance with adding some diversity of kitchen equipment for my classroom. Students will also appreciate the new cooking labs we will be able to do.
