Creating and painting have long been an avenue for minds, little and big, to express their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Many of my young students have big emotions they are trying to understand, and I would like to give them an outlet to express these emotions through art. Using the paint, brush set, and canvas, my students will create artwork based on books and activities through social and emotional learning to help connect who they are and what they feel to the characters and colors they study. Students will have the freedom to create art pieces they can be proud of and remember for a lifetime!
