My students are very hands-on learners as well as avid readers. I have found that many of them are most engaged when having the opportunity to be more hands-on during math and literacy centers. The presence of whiteboard markers will be a daily value of use for both students/teacher during the process of their education. I want to continue being able to provide my students with fun activities and new books to encourage their imaginations and love of learning. The Nature Mysteries books are a great way I can encourage their knowledge of nature and the world around them. Being able to have Canvas Totes bags will allow my students to bring along more than just a couple of books to engage their minds. Plus it will give them ample room to carry chromebooks more safely as they travel throughout school. I hope to be able to use these books, supplies and organization tools to better give my students individual learning experiences, games and new reading materials. The benefits of these items will reward the children and support their skills in literacy, math, as well as help them to continue fostering their love of reading.
