The materials I have requested will benefit my students with hands on learning in Science. I have not been able to afford to supply a lot of the materials that go along with our new Science Core. I am a fond believer that hands on learning is the best way to learn when it is possible. When the students are engaged and trying to make circuits work or light bulbs to turn on. They will understand the meaning behind them. They will be able to have a better understanding of how energy transfers. They will better understand wave patterns. They will be able to observe patterns in the sky. It makes learning fun and science more meaningful. It is hard to watch videos of experiments and not be able to try them ourselves. These are fundamental concepts and skills that will build upon themselves through out their education. If you donate to this project my students will be able to become young scientists and enjoy learning about science. They will have the supplies they need to do some hands on experiments and instill the love of Science By implementing these supplies it will open up new opportunities for my students to be able to learn and explore in so many different ways.
