These essential items will fill a variety of special needs for my students. We are always needing help with sensory support. By providing a sensory table, body sock, exercise ball, and manipulatives, you are helping our students learn to be more independent and calm themselves in order to achieve success. Also, the picture schedule board and timer will help everyone in the room understand and be more prepared for schedule changes, which will help eliminate behaviors. My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when given sensory support and manipulatives to increase learning.
