The supplies that have been requested will be used to allow students to get back to using their hands for learning. Using their hands to build shapes, volume, or just practicing multiplication facts. One of challenges through Covid-19 has been an increase of computer time and less peer interactions. These items will create a variety of team building experiences for students to do together while learning important math concepts. I want my students to have more hands-on learning that will help to increase math concepts, provide positive social interactions with peers, and create a deeper understanding of critical math concepts.
