My students need to be given opportunities to use all of their senses when learning. They require special instruction that is made just for them. My students learn best with 'hands-on' activities where they are able to move around, have visual representation, and more tactile items in order to retain information. This can be accomplished by using virtual reality. By using virtual reality my students would be able to have more engaging lessons than they would receive in their regular classes. By using VR I would be able to create more engaging lessons that my students would remember because it would give them more of a visual representation. My students love learning about different cultures, languages, and parts of the world they have never seen! Using virtual reality would allow my students the opportunity to not only utilize online learning, but would allow them to visually tour areas, and experience the world in ways they may never see. I love my students and would love to see what this technology could do improve their learning and achieve their goals.
