My project is to help our students have a better learning environment not only academically but also personally. Our current science lab is dated and we are in need of some current equipment. We worked on projects earlier in the year that our current equipment didn't work correctly and the students didn't learn as well as they should have. This grant will help bring our lab into a place where students can learn and grow! We also are trying to help our students build relationships with each other. Having just gone through the hardest two years of school anyone has ever faced it has made them more secluded. In order to help them come out of their shell and meet new friends our project includes some fun learning games to help the students engage with each other in a world that has tried to teach them to stay away from each other. As the students play together they will be able to relax and realize they all have things in common and can be great new friends!
