As a first year teacher, I have a need to expand the use of manipulatives in my classroom. I feel that these manipulatives that I have chosen will help my students to be able to better visualize number patterns as well as help them to progress with number sense and abilities in math. The science manipulatives will help them better investigate and understand fossils. I have chosen books to help my students find something that they enjoy reading to help them develop a love for books and help them become more confident in their reading abilities.

About my class
