My students will be able to have first-hand experience cooking in the kitchen. In class, the students are taught how to cook properly in the kitchen. We have mock bake-offs as well as several cooking labs. With the proper kitchen utensils, students will be able to cook without having to share with others or improvise. My students love to take their experiences home as well as share their goodies with family and friends. Culinary chefs make several dishes using the proper techniques. I would like my students to experience the same so that they can continue their culinary education.
