In our Preschool classroom so much of our students learning time is through Free Choice play. The students are allowed to choose where to play and engage with materials that spark interest, curiosity and also have embedded teaching opportunities such as social skills, number recognition, colors, letters, Phonemic awareness etc. Having appropriate exciting and engaging materials to help the students want to explore and learn, means that each child will find an item in every area of out classroom that provides an opportunity to learn new things everyday. Our Preschoolers are amazing and deserve amazing things!

About my class
