These materials will be very useful in my classroom, in so many ways. This will make the difference between success and failure in the general education classrooms. My students will be able to use the Webber Apraxia Photo Deck Cards, worksheets, and stories of other children with apraxia immediately to increase their verbal output, where in some cases, almost none exists now. They will be able to sequence sounds in order to form words and meaningful conversation with their parents, teachers, and peers using 'Let's Get Talking: A Speech-Language Therapy Companion for a Child's First Functional Words', and hearing about Billy and Tatum in 'Where is Tatum's Voice?: Our Journey with Childhood Apraxia of Speech', and 'Billy Gets Talking: A Preschooler's Journey Overcoming Childhood Apraxia of Speech'. Their personal frustrations will subside, and their cognitive load will be able to focus on learning reading, writing, and math skills, instead of trying to form words in their mouths.
