Students are continually asking me to play volleyball outside. It is imperative for our students to have opportunities for physical activity to combat time spent inside using technology. It is also safer to be outside playing because of Covid-19 restrictions inside of our school. Furthermore, exercise helps all students with their social-emotional states of mind. It is proven that physical activity releases endorphins in the body which produces good feelings for kids. With the increasing cases of depression and anxiety; our students need to play outside to be able to excel in life.

About my class
