I am so excited to participate in USBE's partnership with DonorsChoose.org. Many of the resources or materials I have selected provide an excellent way for my students to get access to resources we otherwise could not afford. Kids with disabilities are often shortchanged by pandemic classroom conditions. The pandemic and absences from school have made our classroom environments inconsistent. Many of my high need students have come into classrooms needing more supports to help them focus and attend to tasks at hand. In this project I have asked for supplies to help in reinforcement systems, flexible seating and a class partition. Also within this project are classroom supplies and fidgets that can help students with disabilities in the classroom. I appreciate this opportunity and hope that my classroom can benefit from these resources.
