COVID-19 has impacted students of all ages both academically, socially, and emotionally. I hope that the workbooks, art supplies, and options for flexible seating will help create a school counseling office that can help support the learning and development of social-emotional skills in all my students. I hope that these resources, such as art supplies, books, and balance ball chairs can help my students learn how to regulate their emotions and learn that they can be in control of their thoughts and feelings. I work with students from grades kindergarten through sixth grade, so my counseling office needs to be able to cater to the needs of students in each of those grades.
