My students have missed opportunities for hands-on play that accelerates learning. The science activities and math manipulatives are going to help my students bridge the gaps they now have from being solely online. The math activities are going to provide needed learning through play, and encourage problem solving through the geometric shape mats. The science activities are going to help students see how science is hands-on, and specific to their world! Students are needing to learn how to use money because this is the only year it's taught in the curriculum. Students need to solidify their understanding, and the best way is for them to play with the money.
