At the middle school level in the school district where I teach my students don't have access to a weight room where they can increase their strength, speed, agility, and their overall physical fitness. Instead, we have to rely on mostly resistance bands, agility ladders, medicine balls, wicked mini hurdles, etc., to improve their strengths and agility skills. My students are always looking forward to a variety of fun and different ways to improve their fitness skills. I believe these types of equipment (Agility skill sets, hurdles, and resistance bands) will provide these fun and challenging ways for my students to improve their fitness strengths, speed, and agility.
