Our classroom is a place of hands-on exploration! My students love to use as many of their senses as possible to explore as they learn. Imagine having a microphone that the students roll or throw to each other to encourage exciting discussions that everyone wants to participate in! The materials will be used for both whole group activities and small group learning and exploration. The students will be able to work independently to build sight words with different medium and create and read new words as they explore the letters. They will have materials for independent and teacher led groups to practice their phonics skills, where each student can be working at their own level.
