These resources will allow my students to learn and practice mindfulness, Yoga, and improve upon their healthy habits so that they can become the best versions of themselves. The laptop will allow me to take my work with me so that I can keep improving upon my courses and send my students helpful strategies and resources when I am away from my home office. I will be able to build a collection of healthy strategies to help my students manage their stress, practice mindfulness, and better stay in touch with them when I am away from my home office. My students are all learning from home because I am a virtual teacher, and these tools will help me to create effective learning activities for my students wherever I am.
