The closures and quarantine from the effects of Covid-19 have caused a lot of stress on all of us. Kids have not been able to be around friends, adults, and children both older and younger than them. This has greatly affected their ability and understanding of how to show kindness, respect, and even love. Using the digital devices on my list, I will be able to incorporate more to my character building program in lessons on love and kindness, such as short videos, read aloud stories from books I do not have, and fun digital games. The clay will allow students a fun opportunity to sculp and use their hands for more than just computers. They are also very motivated by clay and it can be used an an incentive.
