Chromebooks are essential for providing individual students access to learning programs for their own needs. They will be used to assess student learning and engage in educational simulations as well. The Chromebooks will be a valuable tool. These educational enterprises will engage students in multiple ways, foster social-emotional opportunities, and carry over into their personal life. Apples to Apples allows students to develop new vocabulary and increase their communication skills. Tenzi and dice make practicing math more engaging for students. They will help students learn how to create and break apart numbers, adding more than one number at a time as well as demonstrating properties of addition and multiplication. Additionally, each will help students learn how to get along with others, use tools for more than one thing, communication, making connections in real life, and many more skills. The teacher books I chose will help me reach many students with different needs as well as provide equal accessibility at various ability levels. Every class should have an efficient pencil sharpener to have their tools ready at any point during the day.
