Students will be exposed to a variety of exercises that needs no equipment other than their own body weight. This will encourage students to continue to stay active as healthy adults. Self care promotes a positive lifestyle. Teaching students how to "roll out" their muscles, with the foam roller, to prevent muscles aches and pains is a great way to avoid injury and encourage fitness longevity. My aim is to guide all students with the basic tools they need to take what they have learned, create their own style of physical fitness on their own terms, and continue on to a health and happy life.

About my class
