When practicing job skills in baking and pastry, there is a great deal of time lost when students have to share equipment. With an eighty five minute class period, students can spend up to half of that time waiting for their turn to practice cake decorating skills, shaping breads, etc. All students having necessary equipment will give every student the opportunity for more practice time and to be on task for the whole class period. They will also be able to social distance better when they are not sharing equipment.

About my class
