My students need access to great early learning readers and engaging phonics activities to develop the skills that they have struggled to acquire. They need lots of practice applying basic phonics patterns as they read engaging literature on their own level. In addition to reading, they would also benefit from fun math games and activities to strengthen and practice basic math concepts. I have found that my students learn best through play and repeated practice. These math games and activities will give them additional exposure to basic skills in new ways. My students are more capable than they think they are. They just need access to great literature and engaging activities to make that happen!
