I plan to put a TV on the wall outside of our classroom in the arts area of our school. It will connect to a laptop and will feature student performances, arts announcements and display student work. Students receive social and emotional benefits from participation in the arts. We believe that displaying student artwork including performances will inspire other students to want to participate with us and thereby help them with their connection to an appropriate emotional outlet. In the choir program we can teach them how to appropriately express emotion. We believe that this project will help get them in.
