My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for all my students where they can be heard and understood, but also challenged. I purchased relaxing chair, coloring items, fidget toys, thinking games that will allow a space for comfort, mindfulness, creativity, and a place to challenge their mindset, emotions, thoughts, and attitude. My plan is to use my motivational quote posters to help provide a more therapeutic environment in my office. The CBT and DBT decks will help teach them the proper skills to be in more control of their thoughts, emotions, and actions.
