I will be using these materials to create a reflection project displaying how the students have grown through a challenge. By carving out symbols and patterns, we will be able to make parallels between their life challenges and carving out the bad to create something and someone worth keeping. I will also use these kits to help integrate art into their core content. Some of my students are learning about plants and pollinators. We will be able to create prints that can be used for fundraising to improve our school and fieldwork experiences or shared with the community.
