The tree rug fits our woodland classroom theme and the study of trees and plants unit we will be learning about in the upcoming months. The books will be used at this special carpet to help create a magical fun learning time for my students. Carpet time is also a time for my students to learn to interact with each other in a caring and positive way. Students will be motivated to learn by having a comfortable place to sit and learn together as a class.
