Students learn best through experiences and participation in the learning process. Hands-on resources help my students engage in the learning they are participating in within our classroom. The resources in this project will allow my students to experience learning and engage in the content we are covering. When students are engaged in their learning, the possibilities are endless. Students will be so excited to come to school when they know they'll get to use stem building blocks blocks, magna tiles and legos for their daily morning choice The finger lights and glow pens will be used on "Glow Days" throughout the year to allow children to continue learning in a more engaging way. This project will allow my students to take ownership of their own learning as they create meaningful connections through exploration, inquiry, play and hands-on experiences.
