When schools were closed students were affected socially and intellectually. Play is an important part of a young Childs development. Play help students development in all areas, physical, social, emotional, and cognitively. Social skills are so important for students to learn at a young age. The more time that young children spend playing and interacting with other children their age, the more their social skills improve and the more successful they will be in school.
