My goal is to allow the students to choose a seat that best fits their needs to stay focused will meet their sensory needs. These supplies will give my students the opportunity to sit where they feel most comfortable while limiting distractions and increasing their focus in lessons. When students have the choice of their standard seating, I believe they are more likely to find a spot that will suit their needs. Many students have a difficult time sitting still during lessons, but by providing these tools they can stimulate their brains while still paying attention to the task at hand. Although they are children, they should still have the chance to make their own choices and decisions as long as they benefit their growth and progress.
