I have many students in my classroom that are struggling to stay focused in class due to different attention span disabilities. The wiggle chairs and ball seats in my cart will be used to help aid in their learning and ability to focus in class. I have noticed a huge gap in student learning after the COVID-19 pandemic and need help with the materials and supplies needed to help catch my students up to grade level. The extra language arts activities and books will give me more resources to be able to teach my students the material they need to be successful. A large portion of my class is below grade level in reading and math and I am running out of the needed supplies to help catch them up. The markers and mirrors in my cart will be used with our reading interventions to help catch the students up to grade level reading.
