My students lack experiences in the real world setting. Covid has contributed to this by limiting the amount of real world experiences they participate in, including field trips I think they could benefit from. Online encyclopedias can be used to help students answer questions by allowing them to put their curiosity and wonder into knowledge building. This will help them to integrate real world context to academic progress. Not to mention, they will have access to this digital resource in the classroom AND in their homes. I want their curiosity to lead to adventure.
