At stationary document camera works well enough, but I want to use the Apple TV and iPad to make my lessons more engaging and interactive for my students. Currently, if a student has a strategy I want to share with the class, that student has two choices: 1) redo the strategy under the document camera or 2) bring her book up to the front. These options work great when we are writing in a notebook, but often the students have work drawn on their desk or manipulatives set up that make it hard to share with the whole class. The iPad/Apple TV combination will make this problem easier to solve.
